Serhs Natal Grand Hotel & Resort, Natal

I had a lovely stay at the hotel in Natal. The venue offers a good atmosphere with a beautiful building and nice amenities, including a lovely pool area. The beach nearby is fantastic, especially during low tide. However, some of the rooms are in need of attention, and the dining experience could be improved with better quality food options, especially for lunch and dinner.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference, and while there were some positives like the comfortable conference rooms and good food at the restaurant, the internet connection was quite poor. I appreciated the robust kids' activities, which kept my children entertained throughout our stay. Still, there were aspects that left much to be desired, like limited bar options and cleanliness issues by the pool area.

I had a wonderful stay at this grand hotel. The building is beautiful with a stunning pool area, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the internet was unreliable during my stay, and the dining options beyond breakfast were lacking. Overall, it's a great option for a family getaway or business trip, with some areas that could benefit from improvements.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to the amazing staff, who were extremely polite and willing to help. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and being close to Ponta Negra beach added to the experience. However, I was a bit disappointed to find several empty cans around the pool area, and the Wi-Fi could definitely use some improvement for the price we paid.

Dining options outside of breakfast could use improvement, and there are a few maintenance areas that need attention.
